In 2011, she began the first ever 12 games International Development Agencies Tournament in Nigeria tagged FIDAF which is still a much sought after tournament by employees of the sector till date.  The tournament has featured employees from the UN, USAID, US Missions, Africa Development Bank, EFCC, DFID, British Council among other development agencies.  It has also featured notable Nigeria's ex-internationals who declared the tournament open, close and also gave out trophies such as Samson Siasia, Emmanuel and Celestine Babayaro as well Peter Rufai. Starting this initiative gave rise to INGOsphere9ja in 2017, the first ever holistic knowledge acquisition center in Nigeria that caters for the growing need for a training center that specifically meets the needs of aspiring and current employees of the development sector who are desirous of improving their career opportunities and knowledge base for optimum work output. The initiative provides career related support that starts with enabling trainees identify a suitable career path, and then guiding them to own a winning CV, taking it further to enabling them to rightly defend the CV during job interview sessions in ways that boosts their chances of obtaining the job opportunity and then further giving them on the job support that enables them confidently excel in their job placements as gainfully employed trainees.

INGOsphere9ja is thus the premier indigenous organization that strategically and systematically focuses primarily on  development sector career path  training from career guidance to CV and cover letter drafting, Job application strategies, Mock interview sessions up to career specific knowledge acquisition and on the job coaching/mentoring.

This passion of hers further led to the initiative tagged Marketsphere9ja which begun in 2018. It is another premier independent initiative on radio media in Nigeria which she anchors to showcase the impact of development organizations, connecting them with their stakeholders in the marketplace and the public at large.  The program was aired initially on HOT FM, Abuja and then KISS FM, Abuja.  Guests featured on the program includes all the chairpersons or representatives of the major market places in Abuja, some traders in the major market  places, the representatives of the two market managing companies in Abuja (Urban Shelter Limited and Abuja Market Management Limited) as well as representatives of major international NGOs in Nigeria.
