Training description
The success of any organization partly depends on the level of support provided by the functional units to its operations. Therefore, the skills of persons performing duties in this area are required to be high and tactical. But, first off, persons interested in working in any of the functional units of an NGO need to know the basics of that unit.
This training will provide an exposure and knowledge of the various functional areas available in an NGO. This will guide trainees in understanding what each unit is about, does and how they related with each other to achieve success.
This training will also serve as a guide to persons seeking guidance in order to decide on which functional area to build a career in.
The main training objectives
At the end of the training, the following objectives are planned to be achieved:
